IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. Booking treatments in advance is required.
2. Please take a shower before your treatment.
3. Kindly leave your phone and jewelry in the safe in your room or in the locker room. Urban Spa is not responsible for items left in the wellness area.
4. Hotel guests are requested to arrive in a bathrobe 5 minutes before the scheduled treatment.
5. Non-hotel guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment.
6. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in the Urban Spa premises.
7. Group reservations (starting from 4 people) must be confirmed at least 3 days before the planned date and paid in full (100% of the total reservation cost). This payment is non-refundable; in case of failure to attend the scheduled treatments, the amount can be used as a voucher valid for 6 months from the payment date. Payment can be made via online bank transfer. If we do not receive confirmation and payment within the required time frame, the reservation will be canceled.
8. Individual hotel guests are required to provide their hotel reservation number and check-in date. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled treatment will result in a 50% charge of the treatment value.
9. Non-hotel guests are required to pay 50% of the total treatment cost at least 3 days before the scheduled treatment. This payment is non-refundable; if the booking is not used on the scheduled date, the amount can be used as a voucher valid for 6 months from the payment date. Failure to make the payment means the reservation is not confirmed and will be canceled.
10. Guests of Hampton by Hilton can purchase access to the wellness area with a 10% discount.
11. A 10-entry pass can be used by a maximum of 2 people. The Urban Spa staff must be informed about this at the time of purchase.
12. A pass may be suspended or extended due to personal reasons according to the following guidelines:
- 1-month pass – once for up to 5 days
- 6-month pass – twice for a total of up to 14 days
- 12-month pass – three times for a total of up to 21 days
13. Each pass includes a limited number of guest entries at no extra charge:
- 1-month pass – 1 guest entry
- 6-month pass – 3 guest entries
- 12-month pass – 6 guest entries
14. Pass holders have access to the swimming pool, saunas, Hilton Fitness by Precor gym, and the UrbanBeach summer terrace.
15. Children up to 12 years old (inclusive) can access the swimming pool free of charge when accompanied by an adult with a valid pass.
16. We do not accept reservations for poolside loungers.
17. The consumption of alcohol and other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited on the premises of Urban Spa.
